Returns & Warranty Policy

At NOVO Performance, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident when purchasing from us.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in good condition

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging

  • The product must not show signs of excessive wear, damage, or misuse

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos/videos if applicable

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Warranty & Defective Products

NOVO products include a 30-day limited manufacturing warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

  • Camera malfunction

  • Charging issues

  • USB-C transfer issues

  • Manufacturing defects

If your product is found to be defective, we will offer either:

  • A replacement unit

  • Repair

  • Refund (if replacement is unavailable)


Non-Returnable / Non-Warranty Conditions

The following are not covered under returns or warranty:

  • Water damage

  • Damage caused by misuse, impact, or modification

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by improper charging or storage

  • Cosmetic damage occurring after use


Important Product Care Information

NOVO caps contain integrated electronic components and lithium-ion batteries.

The cap is not machine washable and should not be submerged in water.

For cleaning:

  • Use a soft cloth or gentle fabric cleaner

  • Spot clean only

  • Avoid excessive moisture exposure


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
